Two ways we cover you:

Defect on Arrival (DOA): If something is wrong when you open the box (damage in transit, mis-built item, missing hardware), report it within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll repair or replace at no cost and provide a prepaid label when applicable.

Manufacturing Defects (90 Days): If a defect appears during normal use within 90 days from delivery, contact us as soon as you notice it. After review, we’ll repair or replace at no cost.
What’s covered: Glue separation, stitch failure, faulty/broken hardware (snaps, buckles, Chicago screws), or structural flaws affecting function.
Not covered: Normal wear and patina, color bleed or fading, or damage from sun, water, chemicals, or misuse.
How to start: Email orders@jhleathers.com with your order number and clear photos. For DOA claims, include photos within 72 hours of delivery.
