Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery
Jacob Hill ships through trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, and other available providers. We reserve the right to select the carrier that offers the best service, speed, and reliability for your order, especially during periods of high shipping volume, weather delays, or carrier slowdowns.
Available shipping options may include standard, priority, and expedited services depending on the order, destination, and carrier availability. If you need a specific shipping method, please contact us before placing your order. Additional shipping costs may apply.
In-Stock Items
In-stock items generally ship within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends, holidays, and delays outside of our control.
Custom & Made-to-Order Belts
Custom and made-to-order belts generally require 21–28 business days for production before shipping. Production times may vary during seasonal rush periods, specialty material sourcing, or high order volume.
Shipping time begins after production is complete and the order has been released to the carrier.
Customers who request rush production must also select an appropriate expedited shipping method at checkout if a specific delivery window is needed. Rush production does not automatically include expedited shipping.
Jacob Hill is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect shipping addresses, missed delivery attempts, or other delays outside of our control once an order has been released to the carrier.
Rush Production
Rush Production is available on select custom and made-to-order belts for a $100 fee. This service moves your order ahead in the production queue and typically reduces in-house production time to approximately 2–3 business days before shipping.
Rush Production does not include expedited shipping. Shipping time begins after the order is completed and released to the carrier. If you need faster delivery after production, please select an expedited shipping method at checkout.
Rush availability may depend on material, order details, current workload, and seasonal volume. If a rush timeline cannot be met, we will contact you before proceeding.
