How does White Glove work?

Jacob Hill ships two belts: your 44 inch Cut-to-Fit belt and a JHL sizing belt. Find your size at home using the sizing belt, repack both belts in the original box, use the included return label, and send back to North Carolina. JHL cuts the belt to your indicated size and ships it back ready to wear.

White Glove Service

Q: Who can use White Glove Service?

White Glove Service is available only for Jacob Hill Cut-to-Fit belts. Custom builds do not qualify directly. If you are unsure of your size and want to order a Custom Belt, you can pay $25 for White Glove to use the sizing belt first. The sizing belt must be returned before your custom belt will ship, and all Custom Belt orders then follow the normal build timeline of 21–28 business days.

Q: Where is White Glove handled?

All White Glove processing is completed in Jacob Hill's North Carolina atelier.

How It Works

We ship two belts: the Cut-to-Fit belt you ordered (44″ length) and a JHL sizing belt.
Find your size at home: use the sizing belt to identify your exact fit.
Repack both belts: place the 44″ belt and the sizing belt back in the original box.
Use the included return label: seal the box and ship back to JHL in North Carolina.
We finish the belt: when your box arrives, JHL cuts the belt to the size you indicated in the return box and reassembles it.
We ship it back to you: your belt returns ready to wear.

No. Once a belt has been cut and finished through White Glove, it is considered customized and is final sale, except for manufacturing defects. Do I get to keep the sizing belt?

No. The sizing belt must always be returned along with your 44″ Cut-to-Fit belt in order to complete the service.
