We build each product with care and review all return, exchange, and warranty requests individually. For full details, please visit our Returns & Warranty page.
Return Window
Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 business days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition unless the request involves a qualifying manufacturing defect.
Belts
Belt returns and exchanges depend on sizing, condition, and customization. Belts may be subject to a length-based restocking fee: 25% for belts 36″ and larger, and 50% for belts 35″ and shorter.
Belts cut incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for a full refund. Custom builds, special finishes, and made-to-order selections may be subject to restocking fees or may be final sale unless defective.
Wallets, Cash Covers & Card Cases
Unused in-stock small goods may be eligible for return or store credit. Custom, monogrammed, personalized, or specially produced items are final sale unless defective.
Manufacturing Defects
Manufacturing defects are covered for 90 days from delivery. Defects on arrival must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Exotic Skin & Color Variation
Exotic skins and premium leathers naturally vary in scale pattern, texture, dye absorption, and finish. These natural variations are not considered defects.
How to Start a Request
Email orders@jhleathers.com with your order number, a short description, and clear photos when applicable. Once reviewed, we’ll provide next steps.
